Portfolio of Competencies – Introduction

This is the second of the partnerships activities – Building on the research a Portfolio consisting of a framework of Competencies (identified, knowledge, skills, attitudes and values) grouped within key thematic areas.

Key within this will be:

  • Developed with significant input from Focus Groups drawn from within the SSE
  • Value based
  • Flexibility and adaptability in order to develop training tailored to an individual or group of people within an organisation / business
  • Graduated in order to build depth within organisations / businesses
  • Recognition

Leading the development of the Portfolio will be Kaléido’Scop from St Etienne, France.
