This is the second of the partnerships activities – Building on the research a Portfolio consisting of a framework of Competencies (identified, knowledge, skills, attitudes and values) grouped within key thematic areas.
Key within this will be:
- Developed with significant input from Focus Groups drawn from within the SSE
- Value based
- Flexibility and adaptability in order to develop training tailored to an individual or group of people within an organisation / business
- Graduated in order to build depth within organisations / businesses
- Recognition
Leading the development of the Portfolio will be Kaléido’Scop from St Etienne, France.
